Pros: 華やかさとセキュリティーとサービス。金曜・土曜は1階フロアーでパーティーが開かれ、ドレスを着飾った人達で賑わっており、映画のワンシーンを見る様だった。また、部屋のカードを差し込まないとエレベーターが動かないシステムで安心。コーヒーやジュースだけでなく朝食も無料だった。
Cons: シャワー。出が悪く、温度調整も難しかった。お湯を溜めて浸かりたかったが、栓が閉まらず、仕方なしに足で抑えながら湯を溜めた。まあ米国では仕方がないかも。
Location: 近くにレストラン多数、牛角やローリーズもある。ビバリーセンターやトレイダージョーズもあり、買い物も安心。バス移動で楽しんだが、どこへ行くにも近くにバス停があり便利だった。夜に出歩いたが不安もなく安心。
1時過ぎのチェックインだったが部屋へ通してもらえた。ドアマンも優しく、通る度に声をかけてくれた。部屋は鏡張りでびっくりも、清潔で、文句なし。夜にはサービスで果物や水を届けてくれた。

Pros: Excellent location! Walking distance to everything. Great valet service as well. Cons: Overpriced for the quality of the room. The whole place is really dark and looks like a nightclub 24/7. The design was very masculine. I didn't feel relaxed at all when I was there, as in I didn't look forward to coming back to the hotel. I don't know if it was the color of the carpet they used for the room or something, but it just gave the room a dirty, grungy look. The dark light didn't help it, either. The lighting in our room was so bad that I couldn't properly apply make-up. The only way I was able to do that was to open the blinds in the morning and use the tiny mirror on my tiny eyeshadow compact. There are big mirrors in the room, but they're faced in a way that you can't really see any light hitting your face. The bathtub and shower stalls were weirdly designed. Water splashed everywhere when you shower and if you're not careful, the whole bathroom can be soaking wet afterwards. At night time, our room was literally infused with cigarette smoke. It smelled like someone was smoking right outside our door. They sent someone up, but the guy said they can't do anything about it because the smell came from the vent. I get it, but couldn't they have designed the vent better?! For $500+ per night, it was definitely not worth the money. I won't be returning.

The staff was wonderful even though I expect a smile and hello from all employees including the cleaning staff in a 5 star hotel. The lobby and restaurant were very chic and a great social space but the room was dark uncomfortable. There was a gap between the window frame and the window and so the room had city noise all night till I discovered it the next morning. The pillows were horrible and flat, the toilet was awkward and the bathrooms were so dark I couldn't see to style my hair. After everyone raving about the food I was disappointed with the eggs Benedict that was just a pile of prosciutto and egg froth. It's a stretch to call this a 5 star hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It's teslly unique and beautiful...main thing that could have made it a little better is queen beds instead of doubles and a bit larger room. Staff was very helpful. Elevators tend to close on you thou.

Arquitetônico, mas não funcional.

O Hotel é lindíssimo e o serviço é excelente. No entanto, o conforto do quarto deixa muito a desejar. Quarto escuro, com pouquíssimas tomadas, camas baixas, abajures distantes, pouquíssimos lugares para a bagagem. Não indico!!!
