Celebrated my mother's birthday in Malibu. The view was nice and the sound of waves crashing at night was serene. We were on the first floor...no stairs to navigate for my elderly mother. The amenities were great, comfortable bed and couch, and amazing bathroom. It was a quaint little temporary home. The facility was well maintained and a short walk to Nobu's was a plus. Beautiful property in Malibu. Traffic noise from Coast Highway is pretty loud. Also putting a family above us with small children who were constantly running and making lots of noise above us was a little irritating. I brought my parents in for their 52nd anniversary to unit 1\. Ground floor, no stairs, fabulous view of the pacific ocean ( or shanti samudram as we say it in sanskrit). Very cozy and spacious - with amazing modern amenities. From a sofa bed where the bed is actually comfortable to a fridge to microwave to phone charger to a beautiful layout to an incredible neorest 700h toilet :-) - look the last one up - it felt like walking into the 22nd century.You will not find these at a hotel or most other stays - just not possible. Everything was clearly planned - from flexie bed lamps to a side tables with writing stations. Classy , comfortable and just plain awesome. Shout out to Lord Olivier who was an incredible host - went over everything down to the beach access gate, and lugged my luggage ( travel with parents and you will know what I mean). Also in easy reach of fabulous restaurants for a variety of delectable deliveries. Carry your wine though :-) ##### Dinesh P. Stayed 1 night in Jun 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### KIMBERLY C. Jul 6, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### MALIBU WITH A VIEW!! We had an AMAZING stay at this beautiful Malibu beachfront condo complex. Right on the blue Pacific ocean- the view was perfect! I was traveling on a girls only trip with my daughters and safety & view was or foremost concern. We felt very safe in our condo- especially with the private door security code. The parking was good and we did not have to use the back up spaces. The Property manager did a great job of meeting us and giving us a superb tour of the property. The beds and lines were very clean and extremely comfortable- the unit even had a heated toilet!!. There was a beach shower on the property and cornhole boards for entertainment. Our favorite activity was sitting on the chairs by the ocean and meeting with and talking to the other guests in the evening while watching the tide come in. Very close to local stores and groceries and many lovely restaurants- we really enjoyed Moonshadows,The Sunset & Pier restaurants. We were glad we utilized a rental car as we did drive to local locations daily and we heard it is very hard to catch Ubers there. Only improvements I would make was that we could not utilize the private beach steps as the beach access was not directly available, but the Property Manager showed us a very close public beach access area that we used each day at low tide. Also would love to see a collection of beach toys on property; but we did get to use the beach chairs and umbrella.
