Staff and facilities were very good. The breakfast team, housekeeping, and front desk were excellent. The outside pool and spa were well kept. The only thing that was poor was the room shower. Water temp too low and fluctuated from luke warm to warm…..never hot.

The surrounding area was nice, but the hotel is noisy, i can hear the guests above me walking around the hallway and in the room.. the buffet area only has one hard working employee to clean the area and it was never clean.

No one informed us that pool area closes at 10pm key card opened pool area had kids and they were excited to get into it after long day of driving we were in the pool for 5mins before an employee came to kick us out and being rude In front of the family and stood, to escort us out even after telling them okay were going just stood and waited very rude

Great amenities. I wish there was more room in the hot tub as we couldn't go in it a few nights because it was so full due to people from nearby hotels using it as well.

I didn't like that the shelves in the bathroom were falling off the walls. The silverware that was provided looked dirty. The handle on the dishwasher was broken. Its definitely in need of some improvements

A must stay
This hotel is a must-stay if you need to have your own kitchen and work area. The room was completely stocked with kitchen supplies and a full-sized refrigerator. The work desk was convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and they served a complete hot breakfast every morning. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel had a number of dogs staying and seemed to have a bit of a dog smell. Not happy that the breakfast was served on single use plastic plates and disposable cutlery this felt very wasteful and bad for the environment

There was a noise issue twice during our stay. Staff didn’t seem concerned about fixing the issues. They just wanted to give me Marriott points. I wanted the noise to stop. Once was kids running around knocking on door until 1am. Then the other time it was construction on a sign on side of building at 3am. Staff wasn’t helpful.

Stay at Marriott Hotels often, having work done on my home so I’m staying here. Everything is great, the Epitome of how a stay should be. Excellent staff, especially the Night man Edgar, the morning staff are all pleasant and at least know how to communicate unlike most in this industry whom seem to be in a bad mood. My only issue is the Wi-Fi, no p/w needed and don’t think I’ll pay $5 a day for internet. Glad I have a Mac. God Bless

The overall stay was not good. The person at front desk purposely gave us a room on the 2nd floor view or outside air conditioner & pipes. Never stay in room 210. Also I don’t believe the room was throughly cleaned there was no wash cloths in sight. I was too tired to go downstairs & complain so I just bathed with long hand towels. Not to mention the overpriced parking rate per day at $54 per night. Thank goodness it was only a one night & one time stay only.

Very clean, comfortable beds. The lady that is supposed to take care of the rooms tried to come in, in spite of having the do not disturb sign on the door. :/

Overall nice. Stain on couch that looked cleanable, cockroach by trash and tub way too shallow. Otherwise stay went well.
