What you’re not told when you book is that you’ll have to pay an additional $60 for parking per day. You also have to find the parking lot, since there are no signs telling you where to go. Every space is tiny, so the majority of cars are parked over the line to fit. The area coming off the parking elevator is grungy and even the music they play is scratchy so it sounds like there’s something wrong with the speaker they never fixed. The restaurant food is okay, but expect to pay >$50 a person. I had to wait more than 5 minutes (no exaggeration, it actually took this long) just for the water in the shower to get hot, and when a family member took a bath, we almost couldn’t turn the water off because the handle got stuck. The walls are so thin I didn’t sleep well because I could hear everything going on around our room. I never was given a receipt upon check out, and there are still 2 charges pending on my credit card which reps. Of the hotel say I have to wait until they go through before they can help me. These charges are on top of the security deposit and no-one can tell me what they are. The area around the hotel is ugly and the views follow suit.
