friendly cleaning staff and ok front desk staff. Room was just old and not taken care of. There was a broken cale to one of the lamps and one of the bathroom lamp was not working.

I got to my room and the bathroom is not clean. I called down to the front desk and they told me they would send someone up to clean the bathroom tub and it did not happen. I did not have any towels in my room at all and was told that I needed to go down to the front desk to get some. My room did not get cleaned the first 3 days that I stayed at the room. I had to call down to the front desk every day to ask if housekeeping could come clean my room and it did not happen until day 3. I again had to call down to the front desk in order to receive cleaned towels and I only had three working channels on my television. And only the television in the bedroom area worked. I am formed front desk staff and they said that there was nothing they could do. I asked if I could receive money back or some sort of compensation and was told that there was nothing they could do because I hadbooked through a 3rd party.

It was a horrible experience, we found a small roach in the room and the staff was rude and not helpful. There was a fire alarm at 12:30am which kept us most of the night.

I stayed a night and it definitely was the most terrible hotel stay experience. Midnight fire alarm made all surprised and it continued for 10 minutes without any measures or announcement. Call receive manner also was not good. It lasted until 2:00am.

The check-in process was a nightmare due to bad front desk personnel, front door of room was broken and we had to wait over an hour for a new room which by the way was not even ready so I went back to the front desk to let her know it was not clean and he said it would take time. Absolutely ridiculous I will NEVERRRRR IN MY LIFE WASTE MONEY ON A ROOM LIKE THAT AGAIN. I POSTED PICTURES OF THE ROOM.
