There was no coffee during our 3 day stay, breakfast selection was very limited. The breakfast room was crowded and often not accessible. We ended up eating breakfast out. However our room was clean and comfortable. That was most important to us.

I stayed with my family 2 nights and no one clean our room, I called front desk to find out why and the receptionist was rude and answered that we should it read the hotel policy when checking in because it says that the customer supposed to request room service in the morning. Honestly this was unexpected and it seems that from now on I need to check that detail in every hotel I stay. This is the first hotel is not taking care of rooms unless are upon request.

Friendly and responsive staff. They were quick to respond to issues we had. Although breakfast was included, it was a bit lacking and the breakfast area was cramped. I would stay here again for another short stay, but not for long.

Overall rating 3 stars. This was fine for our quick weekend stay. The good: -The property and facilities were clean. Bed linens, bathroom, floors were clean inside the rooms -The elevator worked the entire trip & luggage carts were available for convenience. -Vending Machines & ice machines were working. - parking was available -grab and go breakfast was offered. This helped us in a rush. Fast food option on sight as well. The bad: - The parking lot was a bit tight. I’m happy it was available but the lot spaces were always packed and the garage spaces were tight. It was hard for our guest with mobility issues to have enough space to get out, and it was too tight to load/unload our baby carrier. - Our bathtub had trouble draining halfway through our stay and took over 18 hours to completely drain our last day. -The hot tub (and pool) were closed a majority of our stay despite being told the hot tub was open. -Our room door had such a large gap in between that we could hear people and traffic all night & light was shining in our room every day. This didn’t feel too secure.

Close to the airport. Exterior and orientation was a little odd. Overall experience was ok. The entry and the front desk area was uninviting but the staff were very friendly. The room was clean but the overall feel of the place was a little cheap feeling.

All was well for us. The room was as expected - clean and adequate. The front desk staff was excellent. The breakfast was limited, but probably fine for those with no dietary restrictions. My only complaint would be that the vending machines would not take any of my cards and didn't allow for cash so we were unable to get drinks. We would return if we were in the area again.

We were looking for a budget hotel for our family trip to Universal Studios. This hotel was right off the highway so quite noisy and no sound proofing or sealing around the windows and doors. It seemed to attempt a renovation not long ago but it’s a very tired looking hotel desperately in need of an update. We stayed at another Quality Inn just prior which at least had a hot breakfast but this place just offered cold cereal and microwave heat up breakfast sandwiches. Neighbourhood also didn’t feel that safe. We were only staying two nights but if we were planning on staying longer, I would have gone somewhere else. Staff were very friendly though. You really do get what you pay for, but I guess I was still expecting a bit more, even for a budget hotel.
