The Beach Loft is a freestanding corner House featuring an open floor-plan, vaulted ceilings and sweeping ocean views. Master En-suite bathroom w/Rainwater Shower, Double his and hers sinks, Freestanding Tub and Toto Neorest®. 1,700 s/f' interior space house and two small exterior decks.

Enjoy your morning coffee from the 3rd floor balcony while taking in the ocean view.

BBQ grill on the second floor balcony.

Smart home features Keyless entry, Toto Neorest® and Tesla charging port in the garage.

Cruise our complimentary bicycles on the oceanfront path that stretches for miles or walk along the strand during the day and watch the activity on the beach. An evening walk on the strand after dinner is sure to be a memorable experience.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The views from upstairs were magical, and we loved the ocean breeze. The location is fantastic with easy walks into the main part of town, and down to the walking and biking trails. Can't beat the convenience of it. We made some great memories, and would love to stay here again.

The house was exactly what we wanted. My wife and I wanted a place close to the beach and the Manhattan Beach Pier. We were 3 streets from the beach and an easy job to the Pier (0.9 miles). I loved the multilevel house and could see the ocean from the top floor. We will definitely stay here again.

True beach house. Loved the high tech toilet! Owner was very communicative.Visit the Local Yoke for breakfast and OBs beach bar for drinks. Pancho's restaurant is excellent. All one block away on Highland. House was as described with no surprises. If this house is available,book it.. .

This home is very comfortable and the view from the loft is outstanding. The house is very clean and well equipped with anything you can possible need. The owner is very kind and accommodating with a very quick response time. The location is perfect, a short walk to beach, restaurants etc. The neighbors are also great, it is very safe and there is a very nice sense of community here. Would stay there again, or refer a friend in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My husband and I stayed here for just a few nights and wished we had extended our stay a few nights longer! This house is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood of MB, just two or three blocks up from the strand. It’s clean, relaxing, and gets tons of light - the views are fantastic (sunset in particular). It was the perfect getaway! Looking forward to staying here in the future.

With all of the mega houses on the strand and apartment buildings its interesting to find this not-humongous 3 story home to rent. Its small enough for a couple, or large enough for 2 couples, or a family. We have a young daughter, almost 2 years old and we had to make some barriers for the stairs, because they are open planks and room for the little one to slide under or through poles down three floors. Other than that we all had a fun, relaxing, refreshing time in this home, including our 8 year old dog. You can tell the place was set up for someone that loves their small/medium dog(s). The third floor has no window coverings facing west, as seen in the pictures, so the open design with the bed there is refreshing, may take some getting used to. A lot of natural light in the AM with huge sky light above the bed. Perfect to get you out of bed by 8AM. Having lived in the area years ago, we are used to the daily marine layer in the AM, and the view is so much more amazing coming back to the 3rd floor after lunch. No problem for us, but sounds travel through the wood floor and the stairwell easily. The 3rd floor bath is amazing, the 2nd floor bath also not shabby. The 3rd floor tub is so deep and huge its great, two people can soak in it, and also has a hand wand thing to rinse off with, or the huge separate shower. The Neorest toilet is awesome. The stove/oven was incredible, nice refrigerator too. No microwave, so if you want to pop corn the easy way or can't live without leftovers you might need to bring or ask for one. Check the propane tank ahead of time if you plan to grill. The proximity to a little market and small restaurants or bars and the strand is really good. The market was a short block down the hill, and we biked to Vons. Just be aware that the streets are quite steep here, so the 3-4 blocks down to the strand is easy, but walking back up them not so easy after a long walk to Hermosa and back. For our bike riding we decided to drive the car down to the strand with our bikes, so we could drive home. We rode to the end of Redondo and back to the refinery. A great ride. We have ridden up to Playa Del Rey, also cool, ride under huge LAX jets taking off. At the end of El Porto there is a convenient parking lot down by the strand, but this time we drove to Hermosa where theres a lot of parking at the pier at beach level. They also have much cheaper bike rentals for our friends, a couple that joined us for a day/night.

This place is big and open, nicely equipped and near all of the cool stuff in Manhattan Beach. We stayed 6 months while my husband was working a consulting job. Danny and his wife were great. I would add a bit more overhead lighting for night time but otherwise the place is great.

Clean, pleasant place to stay. Two more beach chairs would have been nice as four of us were staying at the condo. It was extremely warm and an additional fan for the upstairs would have been appreciated. We understand that the weather was unusual. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were very nice.

This VRBO couldn't be more perfect. Manhattan Beach is a wonderful town to visit in it's own right, as well as a great base for exploring all of LA. The self-contained 2-story home features amazing views from the 2nd story (living room & bedroom) over the rooftops of Manhattan Beach out to the Pacific Ocean. It is located a few walk-able blocks from the beach and the strand (promenade along the beachfront). The interior is modern eclectic and very clean. A well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and all culinary requirements, plus a fair share of pantry staples (after purchasing eggs, my daughters were able to bake cookies from scratch with supplies found in the cupboards). Beds are very comfortable with fresh crisp linens, and great pillows. Bathrooms are modern, trendy, and immaculately clean. There are a few shops, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and bars within a couple of blocks' walk from the house. The main drag of downtown Manhattan Beach (tons of shops/restaurants/grocery store) is also walking distance for those who enjoy about a 1/2 hour stroll. A MB pilot shuttle program "The Downtowner" provided FREE shuttle bus rides door-to-door using an app - (not sure how long that will be in service). We visited in August and the famous SoCal perfect temperature weather enabled us to keep the windows open night and day for the most fabulous sea-air breezes. Most enjoyable!

Wonderful!! I cannot say enough about this place. Danny the owner was outstanding and so helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is chill, you can walk to anything you need. Shops, food, coffee, yoga studios :) Downtown manhattan beach is a quick drive with tons of shopping and restaurants. We will certainly go back again.
