The host always checked in to see if we needed anything. The location is amazing, walking distance to the steps into Santa Monica Canyon, a beautiful neighborhood, the beach, the ocean cliff park and to Montana stores and restaurants. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I slept better there than at home. There is no street noise from San Vicente in case you are worried, it was soundproofed. So if you’re looking for an entire house with a kitchen and living room, this may not be for you. But for us, this place was perfect! The location is one of the best in Santa Monica. The place is immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was terrific and there is a cute little sitting area to enjoy a glass of wine. The outside has a nice pleasant area to sit and enjoy the fresh air. The owner is so accommodating and easy to deal with. And the area was extremely safe and convenient to take walks through beautiful neighborhoods with gorgeous landscaping! It’s also a nice walk to the bluffs overlooking the ocean or even to the beach if you don’t mind a fairly steep walk back. There are so many excellent restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk.
