#### Old house with a facelift- but old bones

Location is good \~ near college. Air conditioner is on the roof and literally kept us up all night. It’s 1.5 bath, not 2 as described. Overall kinda Janky. Would be great for a group of college kids- huge backyard. Easy check in. Shower had sponges hanging from the shower head( kinda gross).
