To find a solution, host was not available, then VRBO got a hold of him, he was apologetic about the situation, ended up staying there, had my wife and 3 teens with the doubt of our stay, beside my mother having a surgery, reason for booking was cause it wasreally close to my mother, after all the stress and conversation with Xavier(host) he was able to accommodate us for the length of our stay, kindly enough he(xavier) made it right after all, morelikely i will book with him again cause i know he's gonna make it right! ##### William Alexander L.
