BBQ Grill Info:
We’re excited for you to enjoy the BBQ grill during your stay. However, if you plan on grilling kindly bring your own propane tank as we don’t keep one on-site. We also ask that you clean the grill after use to keep it in great shape for the next guests. If the grill is not cleaned, a $40 grill cleaning fee will be applied after checkout. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you have a fantastic time cooking outdoors!

Guest access:
You'll have the whole place to yourself except for the garage that we use for storage, so feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the other amenities. We just ask that you treat the space with the same care and respect as you would your own home. To ensure a great experience for everyone, please be mindful of our house rules—we have a ZERO tolerance policy for violations, including over-occupancy and parties.

-Please fully utilize the driveway for parking! There is no garage opener as we use the garage for our storage.
-Street parking is readily available if you have extra cars.
