Though there was evidence the room had been cleaned, there were 2 big boogers on the wall in bathroom right near the toilet paper that i saw upon entering room for 1st time and using toilet. Disgusting!

The place is just what I needed. Not only was it animal friendly but they have a small dog park too! They staff was nice and the laundry was convenient. Thank you for the warm stay.

I got exactly what I needed for a great price. The rooms are simple but very clean. The neighborhood has homeless but there is a great security staff that lets you feel safe from interference without feeling like you are in a police state.

Cancelled my reservation, luckily the airport wasn't too far and I could afford an Uber to sleep there. Refund will be processed in 7-10 business days. That's helpful my trip will be over by then. What a nightmare.

I felt that the hotel pulled a bait and switch regarding parking. While Expedia shows "Parking is Available", it should provide that parking is an extra fee. Expedia should include the price for parking. The cost of parking was nowhere to be found on the Expedia or Motel 6 website.

I love the location close to LAX, stores and restaurants! Also love the newly added security parking and the increased shuttle services to LAX. The hotel is neat and the staff responsive customer service.

The front desk guy told us they were sold out of rooms, so I went online and found the listings and booked it myself. I was with my husband, and when I asked the clerk about it, he said, “oh we only have 1 beds available.” Okay? You couldn’t have told us that? And the room we booked ended up having 2 beds. Lying about availability was extremely weird. Do better.

Very safe and secure for a Motel 6. You had to use your room key to enter/exit the parking lot as well as use the key to access the floor of your room in the elevator. Room was very clean. Bed could have been more comfortable, but overall a great stay.

It was a good decent stay, but a little too industrial. Loud noises from traffic wouldn’t let me sleep for a long time. Other than that it was very clean and had everything we needed for one night we were staying there. If it was for more than one night I would be sad 😊

All the fine print. They charge for everything. Parking is overpriced and they wont even be responsible if something happens to your vehicle. As updated as the hotel is they wont let you ise the TAP feature and only take physical cards, REALLY INCONVENIENT!!!

Avoid this place. Shady area right on freeway. Cancelled the 5am shuttle at 0502. The beds are not comfortable, the blinds do not darken the room, there are no soaps or conditioned etc in shower- honestly spend the extra 20$ and choose literally any nearby hotel.

We used the shuttle to get to the hotel from the airport. The check in was easy enough and the rooms are basic. There are a few places around to get food from. After checkout, we found ourselves waiting for the shuttle back to the airport 10min past the scheduled time, and we were disappointed that someone had to ask the staff what was happening for them to tell us that there wasn’t any shuttle coming. We were waiting right next to the reception in the pickup area, but the staff didn’t think that it would be good practice to just let us know what was happening. Faced with the fact they did not care. It is simply a lack of ownership, responsibility, and service.

Unfortunately our room smelled as if someone had smoked before our stay even the AC smelled when we turn it on. The area around the hotel is great and with tons or restaurants and businesses at walkable distance.
