They didn't ask if I wanted to smoking or non-smoking room, and gave me a smoking room. The room stunk to high heaven

I have stayed at several Motel 6's since we normally travel with our pets. This location was the worst! Within 5 minutes arriving we killed 3 roaches. The bedding had several burn marks/holes on them. The floors had lots of dirt and hair. The toilet that we had in our room, the seat was broken and was missing a 3 inch section from the toilet.

If You Don't Have To, Don't

Terrible customer service, immediately demanded ID and CC walks away comes back and demands $50. I understand but I just gave him my CC "We have a $50 deposit should I put that on the Card?" would have been better. Room sounds like most of the other descriptions. Cigarette burns on blanket, Refrigerator not level, dirty, definitely need to update the pictures of the rooms. To top it all off someone got my credit card info the same night and tried to charge fraudulent purchases. I'm in no way insinuating that the motel had anything to do with it just a terrible ending to a terrible experience.

DIRTY, HORRIBLE PLACE

Rooms were dirty, blankets had cigarette burns, room smelled smoky and I’m a non smoker. I immediate left the room and asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Book next door at the Canoga hotel instead. Canoga was Very clean and they have breakfast. This motel six is for cheap porn movies or for prostitutes to turn tricks.

This hotel is relatively clean except has a cricket problem. Only saw a roach twice and it was at the end of a week-long trip. The front desk and staff are not very inviting. it's a room with a bed, fridge, microwave and shower that allows pets for free.

Last minute

Had to work in area and had to find a place last min. The area seemed bad but hotel was very clean and lit up with pleanty of safety camera's. Its a great last min place but not so sure i would bring my family to that area. The workers were super friendly and very helpful on where to go to get food. Great place for construction workers if you need a place to stay last minute.
