Nice, renovated room,but unfriendly staff!

The Hotel is almost new. Nice, clean rooms. Bit the staff war rude and tried to take a more for the room then online Websites did. so we booked online. After that they tried to send us away "because they were full" we conplaint and Walter for almost 1h. Meanwhile they helpt other guests. In the end we got our rooms.

With as many choices as you have in the area you are to pick another place to stay this should be your last choice, unfriendly, uncooperative, staff… With as many choices as you have although the price may be competitive you should stay somewhere else

He asked for cash said the system was down when i had already payed threw expedia...he asked me to call expedia aNd confirm and all of a sufden his system worked

We were very comfortable and got a good night's rest. The staff was friendly and security was outside every time I went to my car.

the house keeper knock the door and if you sleep and answer the door , she's coming in. That's not nice. She should ask office if the room is empty or not. There is one chair for two person.
