This stylish 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Villa combines peaceful charm with modern sophistication—perfect for families seeking both relaxation and productivity. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the patio, gathering for dinner in the open-concept kitchen, or taking advantage of the private backyard oasis, this home is your perfect LA base. Bedroom Layout \- Bedroom 1: King bed \- Bedroom 2: Queen bed \- Bedroom 3: Double bed \- Bedroom 4: Double bed Key Features \- Open Concept Living: A spacious living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, creating an inviting space to gather. \- Private Backyard Oasis: relax in the one-person sauna, lounge on the deck chairs and Jacuzzi (It is heated by the jets and should remain covered to retain the day’s heat) while enjoying the serene greenery. The backyard also features a charming greenhouse for moments of reflection. \- Sophisticated Design: Modern interiors with thoughtful touches ensure your stay feels both stylish and comfortable. \- Free parking on premises + free street parking. Other Things to Note: The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded. Propane for Fire Pit: We do provide propane for the fire pit, but please note that it may occasionally run out. If it does, feel free to message us — we’ll gladly send a replacement as soon as possible. Alternatively, you’re welcome to purchase one nearby, and we’ll reimburse you promptly with a photo of the receipt. Jacuzzi Maintenance: to keep the villa in pristine condition, our professional technician visits every Wednesdays. Please note that the technician may enter the property without prior notice during this window. Policies: \- To ensure the Villa is always at its best, our maintenance team will visit the property on Tuesday from 7a.m to 5p.m. They will access the villa without prior notice to the guests. \- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing. \- Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so in order to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized. \- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge. \- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.
