I didn’t find myself needing anything as all essentials were provided by the host. Internet / wifi worked great for zoom meetings /work from home. The area is very quiet and felt safe. It is located just a few minutes away from major restaurants, groceries, stores. Getting in and out of the parking area was a little tricky but nothing crazy. The space was comfortable and decorated for good use. Our bed was medium firm and we slept very well, although the pillows were a little flat and hard. James was extremely communicative, and although the parking area was tight in some places, we had no issues parking a Tacoma in the spots provided. We had no issues with noise from other guests while we were there, and the traffic outside was hidden by our white noise machine that we always travel with. The shower had extremely low pressure, but when I told James about it, he immediately said he would get it looked at. As we only stayed there two nights, it was not a bigger issue for us.
