All of those things are very good. The cons of this home are lack of parking. The garage does NOT hold a car, so there’s space in the driveway for one car and then you must park in a garage and pay for a 2nd car. There is no street parking allowed. Also, the queen sofa bed in the living room is in fact two twin futons. They are comfy and very usable, but there are no extra sheets, blankets or pillows to use for them, so we had to go buy all of those things.
