Step into the heart of downtown Long Beach in this inviting apartment that puts you right in the middle of it all. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, the space blends modern amenities with a true urban feel, making it an ideal home base for work, leisure, or an extended stay.  
  
The Space:  
  
This stylish studio with one bathroom is well suited for solo travelers, couples, or small families. The open-concept layout features chic furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area. The sleeping space includes a plush full-size bed and generous closet storage, creating a comfortable and restful place to unwind.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
There is a main building entrance with a few steps to climb on your way to the main door. After entering a code, the property is nearby on the first floor.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, this apartment places you within walking distance of the city’s top attractions and conveniences:  
  
A short walk to the Long Beach Convention Center  
  
Trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes right around the corner

Getting Around:  
  
Walking: Downtown Long Beach is highly walkable, with restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops only steps away. The Long Beach Convention Center and Shoreline Village are an easy walk from the property.  
  
Biking: Long Beach is very bike friendly, offering dedicated bike lanes and convenient rental options like Metro Bike Share. Ride along the waterfront or enjoy the scenic coastal bike path.  
  
Public Transit: The Metro Blue Line (A Line) is a few blocks away, providing direct access to downtown Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Multiple bus stops are also within walking distance and connect you throughout the city.  
  
Driving: If you have a car, street parking and nearby paid parking structures are available. Long Beach offers quick access to the 710 and 405 freeways, making trips to Los Angeles, Orange County, Disneyland, or Universal Studios easy.  
  
Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available and ideal for getting around town or traveling to nearby airports.

Open parking is available around the building. Availability can be limited during peak hours, so plan accordingly.

Guests must climb approximately 4 to 5 steps to access the apartment. The stairs are manageable for most guests but may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.

Maximum of 2 overnight guests

All guests and visitors must comply with City noise and outdoor activity regulations

PMI Mission Viejo charges a nonrefundable Damage Coverage fee of $69 per stay or per month in place of a security deposit  
  
Pets require prior approval. Maximum of 2 pets with a combined weight limit of 25 pounds. An additional $150 fee applies once approved  
  
A valid photo ID and credit or debit card are required for check in and property access. Documents may be uploaded during pre check in or provided upon arrival
