I booked this property on what was the listing information that we would have a private backyard. This was very far from the truth. In reality we had NO access to the back yard. Even with asking them for access they provided a code that didn’t work as the back house was rented and this was part of their booking. The listing has since been changed. Not a safe place to stay the floor in one spot is ready to cave in, big gaps in the rest of the floorboards, no working smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. Both bathrooms shower heads were broken. I could go on. Had to fight for some of my owed deposit back, and am seeking legal to recover the balance. Check the reviews on all their properties most have terrible reviews. Marbella Lane just cares to take your money and hopes you will suffer in silence.
