Beautiful villa for a relaxing getaway. This gated home is the perfect place that offers you comfort and privacy for your stay. \*\*\*Important\*\*\* \-NO parties or gatherings allowed. You will be charged for violation of rules and your money will NOT be refunded. \*\*\*Max of 2 people per each room is allowed as per the city regulations. If more than 10 people at any time are found to be on the property, it will be considered as a party/gathering and we will charge a fine that night. \-We charge $250 per day if you would like to heat the pool/hot tub! \-At 9pm, please shut off any outdoor music We respect our neighbors! \*\*\*Smoking is allowed only OUTSIDE by the designated area Guests acknowledge the premises are designated as smoke-free INSIDE of the property and agree not to smoke INSIDE the premises. It truly is a dream home and there was tons of space. There were just 2 minor things I was disappointed about. One is this is not Encino, it is Lake Balboa which is very different and the other is there was no toilet paper and paper towels. I also think the cleaners could do a better job cleaning. Nevertheless, I am really happy I rented this home and the money I spent was worth it. I look forward to renting this home again.
