Great little GEM. Kyle was a Super Host. Took only minutes to respond to any questions. This little Gem of a place was perfect for Visiting my Daughter who attends Pepperdine. Would like to keep it all to myself due to the location, high end everything, clean as I keep my own house, the Amazing King Mattress is 5 Stars & having a washer & dryer easily accessible. From the bathroom products to the fully stocked kitchen everything was new and of high quality. To have your own parking spot on the Busy PCH was a huge Plus.
