### Lovely newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Malibu

Highly desirable 3 bed, 2 bath, upstairs corner unit in the Malibu Gardens. Single level condo located on the upper floor, complete rebuild finished in July of 2021\. This is a beautiful, spacious, and thought-out floor plan to maximize square footage, with inside washer and dryer hook-ups. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms have spacious closets, and the second bathroom is in between the bedrooms making it great for shared usage. Hardwood floors throughout and well-appointed finishes to the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a sliding door access to the deck, with beautiful sunrise, ocean, and mountain views, and the nearby community pool, spa, and sports courts. In addition, a 2-car detached private garage that comes with the unit.
