You can make changes to your arrival/departure dates only in the direction of decreasing within the first 48 hours after booking or up to 30 days before the arrival date. 5\. We do not offer the option to receive letters or parcels during your stay. 6\. No parties allowed. Fine 1000$ and immediate cancellation without any refund. 7\. Smoking in an inappropriate place on the property or in the house- 700$ fine. Second time- cancellation of the booking. 8\. Pets are not allowed. Penalty 1500$. 9\. Using the Jacuzzi at night, after working hours(9 am-10pm) fine 250$. 10\.
