The exterior of the residence boasts a sleek and functional enclosed patio/yard perfect for kids or four-legged family members. As you step inside the bright foyer, you are greeted by an open-concept living space that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The interior exudes tranquility with a neutral color palette, featuring shades of white, gray, green and natural wood. The walls are tastefully decorated, emphasizing the commitment to simplicity and elegance. Inside the long living room there is a plush oversized coach facing the smart TV as well as a set of French doors leading to the patio. The primary bedroom, with a comfortable king-size bed and minimalistic furnishings including an open closet with plenty of storage, comfortable bench, large mirror and two windows that let natural light to cascade in, creating an airy and calming ambiance. The hallway between the two bedrooms boasts a bathroom with a walk in shower and updated fixtures. Nice working spaces, which I used to work remotely one of the days. The immediate neighborhood is unremarkable, but quiet. It is a very short drive to Eagle Rock, Highland Park, etc. I has to submit an ID to the management company before checking in. I wasn't thrilled about this considering that this was not mentioned at booking and data security is always an issue. ##### Evan H.
