Un peu étonnant à l’arrivée il n’y a pas de guiché mais une borne avec une hôtesse en vidéo . Ce n’est pas gênant et elle était sympathique . La chambre est petite mais suffisante, elle était très propre mis à part les multiples taches sur les draps … La salle de bain est très bien, le lit était moue mais confortable. Une machine à café et autres boissons chaudes était disponible et tout était très bon. Un micro-ondes est aussi à disposition. Le parking recommandé par l’hôtel est le Modern parking sur Vine street . Le prix est d’environ 14$/ nuit. Il faut compter le double si vous laissez la voiture la journée + la nuit. Le point négatif est que la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur un mur . Mais ce n’est pas grave si c’est juste pour dormir . Il y a quelques homeless dans la rue mais nous n’avons pas eu de problème. Nous ne sommes pas sortis la nuit non plus . As someone who travels for fun I stay in "budget" hotels often (30+ nights in 2025) and this is one to skip!! No onsite management and technology that does NOT work to the customers benefit. Keypad door locks that broke 2 out of my 3 nights in the hotel, No luggage storage which forces to the check-in early and pay an extra $60 early check-in fee, and a late 4PM check-in to make this fee all but required. There is no shop, it's just an automatic coffee machine. The price will be enticing, but don't bite!! Management refused to refund even a single night. The room smelled strongly of sewage mixed with bleach, suggesting an attempt to mask serious plumbing issues. The toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom overall felt unsanitary. The “queen bed” was a blatant deception: a queen mattress resting on a twin box spring, with exposed metal rods underneath that literally dig into your back. It is not just uncomfortable—it’s dangerous. There was no on-site staff or security whatsoever. The only “assistance” available was a remote attendant on a kiosk, apparently located in another country, with no ability to address safety, sanitation, or mechanical issues in real time. This is not a hotel—it’s an unattended building renting rooms. Additional issues included: • Poorly mounted TV and exposed wiring • Cracked flooring and debris • Broken fixtures and visible damage throughout the room • No sense of security in the building at all I did not feel safe staying the night and made the responsible decision to leave. Refusing a refund under these conditions is unacceptable and predatory. This property should not be operating as a hotel in its current condition. Travelers should be aware that the photos and descriptions do not reflect reality. During the last day of my stay I was just hanging out in my room when I heard someone right outside my room window in the alleyway talking and then they flashed a flashlight trying to look into my room. I went ahead and notified the front desk Hash and he did not seem bothered at all. As a matter of fact maybe about an hour prior to this incident I heard one of the guest talking to the front desk in a panic because someone had just came into the hotel from outside and tried to break into her room. AGAIN the front desk employee seemed unbothered and not helpful in the least even refusing to contact the police leaving the matter to the lady to deal with on her own.To be completely honest I don’t even know why I decided to stay here again. If you read my last review, the last time I was there someone DID BREAK IN and ended up beating up and almost killing another guest. This guy’s parents came to the hotel to get their son’s belongings and again the property and the manager acted with the most lack of respect and compassion I have ever seen, telling the parents that sometimes thing happen. Seriously? That should never have happened. They’re extremely incompetent,and lack the least amount of empathy and human decency.As one should I packed my stuff and decided to check out right there and then, thinking that what happened to that gentleman could’ve very well happened to me.I requested a refund and they refused & have been ignoring Expedia.DO NOT STAY HERE!
