Our stay was awesome. Central to all kinds of things in the Long Beach area and a quick jot down to Disneyland and even up to Redondo Beach made this a really good central location for the Southern California experience.Highly recommend staying if you are a family with kids as there are bunkbeds, large kitchen, game room, and even a secret door for a bathroom!

Beautiful house in a perfect location (really nice neighborhood). JP was so accommodating when our dates needed to be extended! Always very responsive to our messages and really went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. This will definitely be our go to place to stay when Long Beach calls :)

This home was so beautiful and welcoming. The neighborhood is very quiet and even though we were a little noisy they did not complain and i loved that. The house is huge, clean spacious and the game room is a plus the backyard is breathtaking with the wall waterfall thats where majority of our pics were taken. The property manager always responded immediately if i had any questions. I give my overall experience a 10/10\. Thank you JP

#### A perfect getaway for our special occasion.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at J.P.’s incredible vacation rental! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the spacious, open layout and the modern touches that made us feel right at home. In fact, we loved several of the amenities so much that we looked them up and bought them for our own house!The yard and patio were beautifully maintained—perfect for enjoying the California sunshine—and the game room kept the kids entertained for days. It was such a treat to have plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing while still enjoying each other’s company in the bright, open common areas.Not only is the house itself a real gem, but the neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming, with quiet neighbors and plenty of parking. Plus, J.P. was incredibly attentive to our needs, quickly responding to any questions or little requests we had throughout our stay.This trip was extra special for us because we were in Long Beach getting married, and J.P.’s lovely home provided the ideal setting to continue our celebration in a relaxed, comfortable environment. We can’t thank J.P. enough for sharing this beautiful space—it truly exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be booking again the next time we’re in town!

#### Stellar Stay and Service

Lets be honest many of the houses on VRBO are very nice. This one is no exception. But this experience was BY FAR the best we have had with a property. Ive probably rented through VRBO a dozen times and Ive never had a host that was more attentive and helpful than JP. And it was these qualities that made this the best experience I have had with a VRBO property. He very quick to respond to even the smallest questions. I cant recommend his place highly enough. Four of my teammates and I (+ 2 spouses) were in town for a hockey tournament but when our Championship game got pushed back 3 hours, to well after check out time (due to ice problems), he generously offered to extend out checkout so we could all shower after the game. He had to reschedule his cleaning people to do so. This was a significant inconvenience to him, but he really cares about making sure his guests have a first rate experience. Thank you JP!

The house was perfect for what our crew needed for their time in town. The house was as it was listed and in a great location for them. JP was a great host, with amazing communication. There was a bit of an issue with the lock at the beginning, that was completely my fault, and he worked with my guys to get them in. It was very appreciated.

#### I cannot in good conscious recommend this VRBO

The staircase is not safe- No rail for the top half, and the bottom half has a “rail” of rickety vertical pipes. California requires a continuous rail. There was a large gap halfway up that my three year old could have fallen out of, even when being careful. There were also open electrical boxes- one that my toddler could have reached. I reported these safety issues with photos immediately to VRBO to avoid any issues for future renters. The safety issues led VRBO to pull the listing. The homeowner called me to yell and rage about how I was a terrible person. He accused me of being manipulative and “going behind his back.” He was extremely unkind and literally made me fearful to stay in the home. Besides the safety concerns, I’d rate this house a 5/10\. It is clearly someone’s primary residences- freezer was completely full, pantry had expired food, many cabinets are labeled “do not open,” many chaotic junk drawers, family photos around the walls. It felt uncomfortable to step into someone’s mess. I noticed what looked like termite droppings all over the windowsill of one guest room. I spent the first night sleeping on top of a comforter because the sheets were extremely dirty, I could feel the residue of something crumbly in the sheets (it was already pitch black and my toddler was sound asleep in the crib nearby). Fortunately, the homeowner took care of this the next day. This was all before the homeowner completely changed his demeanor after our safety concerns were raised.
