I have to say this was probably one of my favorite hotels to stay in great location amazing pool the room was out of this world and the staff extremely helpful

We tried to check in at 4:00 PM and did not get our room until 5:30PM the staff told us they were inspecting the room however they forgot to inform us that our room was ready until we had to confront them about the status of our room. The next day, we left our room around 10AM and did not leave a do not disturb sign on the door, when we came back around 6PM to our room not cleaned by housekeeping. We asked the guest services if they come daily and they apologized however when asking for new towels, they didn’t send anyone for half and hour and I had to call to remind them again. During our entire 4 day stay, we only received housekeeping once. We were disappointed with this service despite the high price we paid for this stay.
