Had a great 10 days, room was spacious with separate bathroom / wc and hand basin. Nice size TV and was really helpful that it was able to chromecast. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Parking was nice during the day and only $27 for overnight parking.

The hotel is off the busy path which is very peaceful. Other than that the hotel was not stocked at all. Out of drinks, coffee etc. Everything. It's the fault of management for not stocking the hotel and filling what they offer as normal.

We (family of four) were in town to visit some colleges for a few days and needed a place near LAX. Hyatt Place offered a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes in the morning and on demand after that, which was very convenient. Derek at the front desk, as well as all the other staff, were friendly and helpful. Overall, the building was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was solid and there are after hour dining and drink options, though nothing special. It is located in a business district so not really walkable, but the positive side is that it was quiet and not on a busy road. The fitness room was a little small, but had good quality equipment and was clean. A couple of fans would be nice as it got kind of stuffy in there. Beds were a little soft for my taste but fine. The room had a small sitting area with a sofa bed, which made it less cramped. The furniture was a little dated, but not bad at all. Overall, a good stay and I would definitely come back.

The bunk bed and king size unit fit my family of 4 very well. The hotel is very close to Convention Centre and walking distance Toy Story parking area, so convenient.

We booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. The room was spacious and clean. Some front desk staff were wonderful and there were others that did their jobs well but didn't give off a hugely friendly vibe. The biggest problem that we encountered was the bar/restaurant. Sadly there was a staff shortage so getting drinks was difficult, poor Mitchell was run off his feet the 2 nights that we were there having to cook food and cover the bar. The front desk is attached to the bar and only Ashley stepped up to help him. There weren't many options for other food choices in the area. The restaurant menu was limited but the breakfast was great as was the lovely woman that was working in the mornings. The pool area was really great.

I did not like the fact that you charge $25 to park at the hotel you're staying at. Hotel there should be entitled to at least one parking space at the very hotel where you're spending your money to stay where, else are you supposed to park.

This was the perfect stay before we flew out of LAX. The hotel was perfectly clean, we felt very safe, the pool/hot tub was nice. And the airport shuttle went very smooth. Reasonable price for the room. Would definitely recommend this place.

OK place for business travel or quick night near the airport. Has a few miles on it and I thought the $25 fee for guest parking was ridiculous. How else are you supposed to get there in LA? The rental car (Avis) was only $35/day for heavens sake.
