The location was excellent. One thing that is not listed on the property website is that there is NO ELEVATOR! You will have to carry all your luggage from the ground floor to the first floor to check in and then take all your luggage to whatever floor they put you on. Hopefully you are in shape for all that exercise!!!

This is a charming, beautiful , quiet hotel that is also a historical hotel. The latter is what makes it so cool. Its also very clean and located in a central location. It’s so old there are no elevators so beware. We loved it!

Its in a very good location. There is so many shops and restaurants along the strip where the hotel is. Easy access to ride shares and metro.

The hotel is quaint and in a nice area. The hotel is very quiet. The bedding is comfortable and the room was pleasant. I could not get ice. The machine was broken. I think the TV worked but never could figure it out.

The property is very nice and is indeed a boutique hotel. An elevator would make al the difference. Perhaps a microwave in the room would be nice, but I imagine the older wiring may not be able to handle the load.

The room I stayed it was havy smoked. I informed about that to the front desk they came. They checked it was smoked and another issue is the light didn’t work inside the room and another one is no parking. Another one is no extra blanket. I went home I brought my blanketin the middle of night because of they don’t have extra blanket and the neighbour was shouting all night. I didn’t sleep all the night and with my guest we didn’t sleep because of neighbour was yelling all the night long it was terrible experience. Please refund the amount I paid.

Charming hotel
Charming hotel with antique furnishings. Best location close to everything with great front desk personnel Leo and others. I like to recommend for them to have at lease one free bottle for the guest convenience. And if there was two person on the bed, the sqeaking would have been very bothersome.

Theres NO parking or elevator. You have to park on the street, pay every 2 hours (or get a parking ticket) and hopefully ur car wont be broken into. You also have to drag your luggage and anytging else you need, up 2 flights of stairs and it was absolutely difficult for me to do with a 3 year old in tow. I guess it woukdve been fine if i was traveling alone. Decent restaurants near by amd hotel was ok. I had dead fruit flies in my toilet my first day there. It was a difficult stay to say the least.

Staff helpful and friendly. The room is well appointed and clean. Next to Porto Bakery which is a big plus. The infrastructure is a bit old. The heater, for example is very loud and impossible to sleep with the heater on.
