Pros: location
Cons: Service refrigerators in the rooms so they run quieter.
A lot of remodeling and only one of the elevators was working. Construction should be using service elevator during peak check in and check-out times!

Hotel under renovation near Long Beach

Pros: Good size room and comfy bed was all that was needed for this particular stay
Cons: Anything that could be improved will surely be taken care of when renovation is complete
Location: We weren't there for typical tourist stuff- but if we had had the time it was close by many places to visit
Needed a decent hotel in the location of downtown Long Beach-hotel is under renovation so you have to expect some inconvenience- going to look really nice when done-helpful staff-clean room and comfortable bed-a little bit of freeway noise to deal with-other than that good stay for what we were there for

I'm glad I made the choice to stay here. Rooms are newly rennovated. Modern and sleek details. Very clean from the carpet to the bedding and comfy. They are still doing more construction and upgrades in the lobby but the noise or minor detour was nit an inconvenience. I have to say though, my room was on the freeway side and the traffic noise was noticable. Next time I'll request a room on the opposite side. Staff was very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay. The new rooms are nice and it was very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Trip to visit Rose Bowl and Family.

Pros: The room and bed, Did not dine in hotel,
Close to 405 and shops in Signal Hill. And an air port is near by, Long Beach Air Port.

Hotel was under construction but it was ok. Check in was easy Brenda was great the shuttle drivers were very good and accommodating. We did the fast breakfast where you put your order and hang it on your door but they never picked it up and so we had to call for our breakfast in a hurry to get our 8 AM shuttle The shuttle says it will drive you within 3 miles we try to set something up that was 2.2 miles away and Tiffany argued with us about the location of where we were going without even checking the computer and continue to tell me how long she lived in the area and where her daughter went to school. We confirmed this shuttle drive before we but we stayed there so we wouldn't have to Rent-A-Car and it would be convenient she was very rude short and unaccommodating the two times that I spoke with her . After returning from being gone all day our breakfast tray was still in the hallway outside of our room even though the maids came and clean the room nobody came to pick up the old dirty dishes . We ate in the restaurant once the bartender was very friendly and accommodating the nachos were very good . Overall it was just OK I've stayed at better holiday inns.

New rooms, Free parking

This hotel is currently under renovation. There was construction noise during the day but ended at 6pm. The room was new, smelled fresh and clean. The bathroom was good sized and functional. The top floor had a guest lounges with good sitting areas and a TV. The restaurant was nice and had good food at great prices. Our room rate included the breakfast buffet. There were plenty of options. The staff was very helpful. Overall it was a very good stay.
