It was a very nice stay and they have a nice pool and exercise facilities. Also friendly helpful staff.

Staff was excellent. The manager on duty was who helped us check in and she was very friendly. She told us about a couple places in town to eat and was all around excellent.

Expedia / Hotwire customers get downgraded rooms

Pros: once i was actually booked to the hotel instead of the motel the room met my expectations
Cons: dont scam people. show pictures of the room you are actually selling. dont wait until i get there and tell me my room is in the "outside building"

this was false advertising at it's best. the hotel, it turns out, also has a detached 'MOTEL' that they said all people who book online through Expedia / Hotwire are assigned to. The 'motel' room looks far worse than the images you see here on Expedia (which are pictures of their 'hotel' rooms. The motel is a 2 story, outdoor structure. As in the doors to enter your rooms are exposed to the outside (like a motel). There is no elevator, so you get to drag your bags up the motel stairs. It was actually a very embarrassing experience for me in front of my family who thought I'd become a cheapo. The staff was polite - and, after paying a $35 upcharge, gave me a room in the 'hotel' which looked just like the room I bought here on Expedia. Pure false advertising - scam type stuff... If i were in a bad mood I would have called my layer and filed on them.

Pros: Not much seeing that I spent $150 to basically get my wallet stolen.
Cons: Care about your customers if they have stuff missing from their room. Hire honest staff who don't steal.
Location: It is near the airport. You also have to pay to park there....
Nice hotel, but I got my entire wallet stolen from my room along with jewelry. I complained the morning of check out, filled out some form, they said they would call and keep me posted. I had to call back at 3:00 that day, THEY STILL HADN'T EVEN CLEANED OR CHECKED THE ROOM. Terrible customer service. I am very displeased.

Pros: location and Cleanliness
Location: Right next to the Airport. Belmont Pier and Belmont Shores located 10 mins away. Lakewood Mall 10 minutes away. San Pedro Fish Market 20 min drive.
Booked the hotel through Expedia's Unpublished Mystery Hotel rates. Hotel looked recently remodeled, Lobby is brand new and rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk very helpful with questions and was also able to accommodate early Check-in for my family. Easy on/off access to 405 freeway. Hotel is close to everything in Long Beach. Bar on top floor was very chill with a great view and a decent Happy Hour. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel centrally located!

Pros: The staff was very nice. The room was modern and the hotel offered many amenities such as pool, bar/lounge, computer access, fitness center, etc.
Cons: Bathrooms are very small.
Location: Lots to do in the surrounding area. Very close to downtown, the outlet malls and many restaurants.
Very nice experience. Hotel was clean and modern and offered many amenities. Centrally located for convenience.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Everything--the staff, the dining, the pool, convenient parking, privacy--everything.
Cons: You seem to have everything covered.
Location: Close to the airport--a huge plus.
The hotel is clean, the staff are wonderful, the chef is excellent, and the hotel is about 5 to 10 minutes from the airport in Long Beach. Since we were in town for a stressful situation, the hotel stay made things easier for us. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if the need arises.
