The bathroom was extremely small. It was also dirty with mold in the corners of the walls.

Helpful Safe and Clean

I had a wonderful stay. Timely shuttle with polite, helpful and kind drivers. Always available when I need them. The check in staff were more than helpful, the looked professional, clean and they behaved professionally. I had great service at Peet's Coffee/temp restaurant. Again, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything was very clean. My bed was very comfy , and I loved my room. I would stay at this Holiday Inn again in a heartbeat, and I will recommend it to all of my friends. Sincerely, Cathy

It was ok, but paying $10 for parking after paying $150 for a room is outrageous.

Just down the Street

Pros: Clean room, good location and nice staff.
Cons: Parking and driveway entrances...also, no overnight parking fee for paying guests.
Location: Airport and proximity to Pacific Coast Highway
This hotel is just down the street from the Airport and Pacific Coast Highway and next to the freeway...so it is easy to get anywhere from there. The only drawback is the entrance is hard to get into from the north (airport side) and the west (there is no left turn into the parking lot). The rooms on the motel side (2 story side) where I stayed were clean and comfortable...surprisingly so! I would stay there again (if I was on a tight budget like this time), otherwise I would likely stay at more of a resort type property.

It was a nice room, although we were given a handicap room when we did not ask for it and had ro remove a seat from rhe bathtub. They kept the room very clean and it was comfortable

It was a very nice stay and they have a nice pool and exercise facilities. Also friendly helpful staff.

Staff was excellent. The manager on duty was who helped us check in and she was very friendly. She told us about a couple places in town to eat and was all around excellent.
