It was very hard to get extra towels and wash cloths for some reason. It was like pulling teeth! Hotel could use some upgrades. Small rooms with small refrigerators. We were unimpressed. Will not return.

Staying at the Hilton Woodland Hills was a delightful experience. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff stood out for their friendliness and prompt responsiveness to our needs, making our stay even more pleasant. Its prime location, within walking distance to our meeting, was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel's bar was fantastic, offering a great atmosphere to unwind. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Everyone was very hospitable and helpful. Liked the Pelaton in the workout room although someone was using when I entered. ;-) No complaints. I'd stay again. Valet team were excellent.

Property does not have a swimming pool, Sauna, of any nature. Restaurant is very basic, although people are friently the hotel has limited facilities.

The room and staff were terrific/5 Stars. However, I was surprised when I was on the hotel WiFi and wanted to read multiple news at breakfast for my work. BBC, CNN, CNBC all opened up fine. But when I tried Fox News an alert appeared, preventing me from opening Fox News, that said, "This site may contain disinformation and scams, we suggest not visiting it" and I had to log off and use my hotspot to get Fox News. Did Hilton agree to share data on guests and block Fox News mislabeling only it. I could even get onto Jing Daily and SCMP from China, but not Fox.

Easy check in and nice staff. No shower slipper ! No shower nor bathrobe ! Shower body wash container was empty. There was not even a spoon in the room. Overall disappointed for the price tag.
