This was our 2nd time staying at Hampton Inn & Suites. Service was great from the front serve to the valet parking attendant. They offer breakfast which was good as well. My small issue was the homeless around the property (couple here and there) and the light rail horn from 6am till 12am Overall rating is a 4 solid stars.

Really nice hotel, terrific, friendly service, great breakfast, nice big bright rooms. Reasonable rates (for Santa Monica). We would’ve been happier closer to Santa Monica Blvd., and away from the noise of the train station, but that would have been too pricey.

We received a handicap room and we asked to move. We were denied because we booked through a third party. The bathroom was NOT clean. Toilet and shower gross. The pool is very nice. The location is very good for Santa Monica pier. Parking is very expensive and they do not offer self parking. And again. The bathroom was gross.

Room was clean and excellent for a two day stay and four people. Computer glitch made check in slow, but was eventually resolved. Daughter enjoyed the pool. Wish they had some fruit at breakfast but otherwise the selections were great!
