It has an open floor plan and a KING bed in the master. \-Super comfortable bedding, spacious living room, and full kitchen. \-Walking distance to Paramount Studios and Hollywood Forever Cemetery \-Plenty of restaurants & bars nearby. \-This is the FRONT unit of a duplex. The back unit is also listed on VRBO. \*Trash collection every THURSDAY, please move your trash cans/bins on the streets the night before.
