This is a small (converted 2-car garage) guest suite. It was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood and no problem finding parking on the street. AC unit worked well. Not a bright place but plenty of good recessed lighting throughout. Shower had good hot water. We were able to stream Netflix using our account but unable to get local channels on the TV. Management responded a couple of times by text to help with the TV issue, but they didn't solve the problem, even though we were there five nights. Kitchenette is adequate with motel sized refrigerator. Only bath towels are provided, so bring or buy your own hand towels, dish towels, and wash cloths. We were advised not to use the back door, as it leads into the backyard of the primary house which is rented separately; the back door was locked and blocked.
