We live on the premises .
Newly upgraded bright and quiet .
Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, fine restaurants ,3rd Street Promenade shopping , organic supermarkets and metro station . Half a block to a bicycle rental station.

This place is very cosy ,family friendly and quite.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and everything needed for cooking and eating, with peninsula and stools, a dinning table for four.

Guests have a outside area ,with table and chairs, as well as the backyard garden area shared with the host.

Appartement bien situé à Santa Monica

Petit appartement situé à l’arrière de la maison des hôtes avec entrée indépendante et stationnement sur la rue. À proximité des commerces, des lignes de trains et d’autobus ainsi que d’une station de vélo en libre services. Vous êtes à un seul arrêt de train de la plage de Santa Monica !

Nice guest apartment

this apartment located at the bottom of the property hosts is well arranged and will perfectly suit up to 4 people (2 couples or 1 couple with 2 children). The owners live in the main house on the property, are very friendly, good advice and very discreet for your comfort. Santa Monica beach (and its famous pier) is 30 minutes walk by pleasant streets, or less by the metro just next. In short, it was 14 days very pleasant (for comfort, quietness and silence of the neighborhood, easy access for everything) and therefore a good value for those who want a convenient location without breaking the bank! I recommend it ! Cet apartement situé au fond de la propriété des hôtes est bien agencé et conviendra parfaitement jusqu'à 4 personnes (2 couples ou 1 couple avec 2 enfants). Les propriétaires habitent la maison principale sur le même terrain, sont très amicaux, de bon conseil tout en étant très discret pour votre confort. La plage de Santa Monica (et sa fameuse jetée) est à 30 min de marche par des rues agréables, ou moins par le métro juste à côté. Bref, ce furent 14 jours très agréables (pour le confort, le calme et le silence du quartier, les accès faciles pour tout) et donc un bon rapport qualité/prix pour qui veut un bon emplacement pratique sans se ruiner ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Perfect Rendezvous Pad

My lover and I really enjoyed Emma’s backyard cottage. It had everything we needed - plenty of space, comfortable bed and couch, full kitchen with large peninsula. The location is great. There is a co-op grocery on one corner and public transit on the other. We walked to see a friend, to the beach, to food. One afternoon I was outside and watched three hummingbirds in the tree out front. It felt private and easy. Thank you, Emma!

Wonderful Stay with Convenient Access to Transportation

Our stay was truly delightful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. A friend & I flew into Santa Monica for the Dodgers-Braves series from Atlanta. The location is nice & easy walkable to the Pier. It's close to a rapid transit line too. We took the line so we could see LA. It's a good trip to take. The checkin was easy & the host very nice & easily available. We'd stay here again. Thank You

Great Stay

The check in process was very smooth. The owners allowed me to check in at about 1230 so it was MUCH EARLIER than the typical check in which helped me out after traveling in from Texas. The location is very safe. It’s right next to the train in the event you’d like to take it. But it’s still very close to the heart of Santa Monica.

Our hosts were very nice and accommodating. I would suggest another mirror. There is only one in the bathroom. Also, protective covers on the pillow cases since multiple people are sleeping on them. Otherwise everything was very clean and what we needed. The bunk bed on the top does make a lot of noise and creaks.

Super Space in Santa Monica

This may have been the only studio/one-bedroom space on VRBO in Santa Monica with two beds (one king, one queen) in the area. It was perfect for our needs for a 5-day visit. It had everything we needed for two adults who wanted our own bed, and we didn’t let our middle age keep one of us from getting up and down to the top bunk. The beds were very comfortable and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We didn’t take the metro but it was within a very easy walk if wanted to. We were within a few-minute ride to all the various restaurants and attractions of the area. We would definitely stay there again and hope to do so one day in the future.
