My church hosted a 3 day conference here and we had to accommodate people from AK, NC, GA and CO. The facility was definitely not the glitziest place, the rooms are dated and need to be renovated. HOWEVER THE STAFF was absolutely AMAZING!!! Myself and other leaders showed up earlier to get things ready for the conference and we got to know the staff closely. The housekeepers kept my rooms as clean as possible! Paulina, Jasmine and the rest of the front desk staff were more than accommodating for us!!! Johnny and Miguel the ballroom coordinators were AMAZING as well! They literally made sure e has everything we needed. The food for the luncheon was just ok as I asked around… but Honestly, the only complaint would have been the daily parking rate at $55 per day, which because of our room block and contract our parking was $18-20 per day. Overall for what we came for and all we got done, it was cost effective but the service superseded my expectations!
