The light fixture was falling off the wall. It looked like water damage to the ceiling and my allergies was so bad because the spell of mold in room 964. I now feel sick I will not stay there again. The parking was ridiculous 55 a day.

Decent simple hotel 5min drive from LAX. Think most people use it to get to flights on time if leaving early or crashing close by if arriving late. Feels like it’s just a stop gap - transit hotel.

Charge too much and hotel is in a terrible condition. The paring fee is outrageous plus the parking is far from hotel. Not happy at all.

Breakfast was not included even though it was listed as included. Internet was only good at lobby. They asked for super high guarantee fee, and a week later I am still receiving charges with no explanation. Only good point for me was the airport shuttle that is 24/7, Wich was not listed

The cards were not properly working (access cards to the doors) They were able to provide more access cards that worked. It was an inconvenience to charge me 2 $350, the second $350 took away from money I had in my bank account. It was not good to travel on the week and have to wait for the next business day for the 2nd hold to be removed. The difference between this 4points by Sheraton and the one in Culver City is that there is an additional $50 per overnight stay at LAX.

This hotel is in poor condition-- the heater didn't work in my room. The windows are thin and there's noise from traffic and airplanes constantly. This property needs a major upgrade in terms of furnishings and windows.

Conveniently located near LAX and room didn’t smell bad. However, I would likely choose a different location in the future. The lobby looked nice so I assumed the room would be nice/ decent as well, but it was out dated/ run down, walls and curtains were dirty and my room was not cleaned thoroughly (hair, noticeable dust on tub, floor needed vacuumed/ shampooed). The bathroom plug was broken, but I didn’t notice until I was already showering and had to continuously put my hand in the water and pull up the plug to allow the dirty water to drain. After the first iteration of hand draining the tub I noticed the broken piece sitting in the corner. The room was cold (despite the increase setting on the thermostat) and the water for the shower wouldn’t get hot enough for my liking.

My church hosted a 3 day conference here and we had to accommodate people from AK, NC, GA and CO. The facility was definitely not the glitziest place, the rooms are dated and need to be renovated. HOWEVER THE STAFF was absolutely AMAZING!!! Myself and other leaders showed up earlier to get things ready for the conference and we got to know the staff closely. The housekeepers kept my rooms as clean as possible! Paulina, Jasmine and the rest of the front desk staff were more than accommodating for us!!! Johnny and Miguel the ballroom coordinators were AMAZING as well! They literally made sure e has everything we needed. The food for the luncheon was just ok as I asked around… but Honestly, the only complaint would have been the daily parking rate at $55 per day, which because of our room block and contract our parking was $18-20 per day. Overall for what we came for and all we got done, it was cost effective but the service superseded my expectations!

Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. Food at the bar was okay. That was the only thing good about this stay. Entered the room and it was falling apart. The wallpaper was falling off, there was hair in the tub, on the bathroom floor and towels. The shower water trickled out so it took double the time to shower. There was no curtains to cover the shade so sun easily came in the room. Our alarm clock in the room went off at 0600 and we didn't set it. 0700 we had a free concert rewake us up as protestors were out front banging drums and scream on a loudspeaker. The phone in the room did not work so had to use my personal phone to try to call the front desk and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Spoke to the front desk in person about different accommodations because what occurred was not acceptable and was told to check back when we got back to see if they could make it happen. Also asked for a refund. They said I booked through a 3rd party and they would have to handle it. I said I already spoke with them and they tried for 15 minutes to get ahold of someone on the property and couldn't. Front desk said that couldn't have happened as they have 2 people answering the phones in the back. The free shuttle was like being with a NASCAR driver. Would not recommend staying here even for the cheaper price. Spend the extra $15-$20 a night and stay elsewhere.
