Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Not sure if the place in the picture exists. This 4 bedroom is what I rented but I was given a completely different 3 bedroom apartment to stay in for my large traveling family. Not a single thing was as described except we stayed in a gated community. When I reached out to the host about the mistake, they said I rented from a listing of a 3 bedroom. They asked for proof that I rented a 4BR. When I sent a screenshot of my reservation, I never heard back from anyone. Checking in was equally as frustrating as no one reached out to me with the check in info; I had to reach out to them several times. Woke up to ants all over the kitchen in the morning. The unit I was placed in was right by the front entry gate, which squealed EVERY TIME it opened and closed. All was very disappointing.
