Staff were super lovely and helpful. My key would stop working every time I used it at the pool which was annoying but staff were super helpful and quick to fix it

I think we were given an accessible room because the bathroom sink was freestanding and did not have any counter space for toiletries. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.
