They now charge a ridiculous $30 a day to park. This property has two huge lots that have never been full. This is ridiculous to charge parking without disclosing it prior to booking.

The room was very nice, comfortable beds. We were really looking forward to using the hot tub which was really cold and not usable. The manager apologized and said they would turn on the heating element and call us when it was ready to use. He called and we went back down to use it and unfortunately it was still not warmed up but maybe slightly less cold, so we couldn’t enjoy it.

Location is excellent if you are doing business in the area. Walkable to dining options and shopping. The rooms are large and the gym and pool are nice features. Only complaint I have is that the bottle water is not free but the front desk told me it was.

We arrived early as we came straight from getting off a cruise. We were able to check in right away which was greatly appreciated. There is some construction inside the hotel but we weren’t planning on dining here anyway.
