Hello guests! Please add Casa Colibri to your favorites! Welcome to Casa Colibri (Hummingbird House), a delightful Spanish-style abode originally built in 1931\. Situated at the front of a single-family home lot, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit boasts a cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen downstairs while upstairs features a serene bedroom with lots of natural light, quaint bathroom, and a bright sunroom perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading or basking in the afternoon sun. Although this is listed as a guest house, this was the original main home of the property when it was built in 1931\. It is its own two story, one bedroom, one bathroom home. FIRST FLOOR: \~ Livingroom with cathedral ceilings, door with retractable screen to access courtyard, sofa with full size sleeper, love seat, 65" Smart TV, wall heater with thermostat, wall AC unit with remote, portable space heater, floor fan with remote. \~ Entertainment pantry stocked with board games, playing cards and puzzles! \~ Dine In kitchen fully supplied with cooking items, spices, coffee and tea bar, and stocked wine and spirits bookcase bar. \~ Courtyard: Fire pit, outdoor furnishings, orange tree (best oranges ever! We could not have asked for a kinder or more solicitous hostess.
