The bathroom is equipped with a bidet and hair dryer for added convenience. Heating and AC ensure a comfortable stay year-round. Enjoy all that Lomita has to offer when you stay at our place.  
This 400-square-foot studio is situated on a 9,000-square-foot lot, offering a unique living experience. The property features private parking accessed through an automatic gate. Residents can enjoy a common area that includes a pool table, a large TV, a fire pit, a jacuzzi, and a tranquil lawn area perfect for relaxing after a long day at work.  
For security, the property is equipped with CCTV, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, and an automatic gate. The studio itself includes a 50-inch smart TV
