During your stay, you will have full access to the property for yourself and your guests. All we ask is that you treat the house with the same respect as you would your own, in accordance with the house rules. • Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team needs enough time to prepare for the next guests or owners. • Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unapproved late check-out will incur a $150 fee. • Operating hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. For emergencies outside these hours, feel free to contact us. We couldn't get the gate to open hen we first got there and was a pain. Then we almost stepped in dog poo on the inside lawn by the pedestrian gate. We did not have a pet with us, so it was not from us. The fridge wasn't working properly. The was no ice in the freezer. There was no batteries in the remotes except for one. We could only get the tv in the family room to work. There aren't any tvs in the other two bedrooms. The bedroom outside has a door that doesn't close properly and is very noisy and couldn't get that tv to work out there either. Once we got the jacuzzi warm and running it only fits 4 adult's...regular size not larger...comfortably. we only used it once for our group of 7 adults and it wasn't worth paying the extra 60 for it. The location to universal studios as well as stores and gas staion was great. It worked out just being a place to eat and sleep. ##### Susan E. We had 10 people for Christmas. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great!We went to Universal Studios, which was very close, for Christmas Eve then spent Christmas day on the property with a quick trip to Santa Monica Pier.Quiet area, plenty of parking space on site as well as in front of the property. The 5th bedroom is quite large and is located in the renovated garage, but very comfortable.It was a fun relaxing time. The coffee maker is a Ninja that takes K pods. There is also a Ralphs Grocery store basically around the corner.I would suggest bringing any spices if you are planning to cook as the only spice was salt.The Hot Tub did not heat past 71 degrees so be aware of that until it is fixed. ##### Mary M.
