The house itself includes newly refinished original oak floors, new Farrow & Ball paint, plaster walls, new washing machine (washer + dryer in garage). Lots of charming details throughout like original 50's kitchen with gas stove, original Formica and retro fridge. Nice patio with terraced pea gravel garden.
