Welcome to your private beach retreat! Just a short stroll from the sand in beautiful Marina del Rey, this bright and airy upstairs unit is the perfect mix of comfort and coastal charm. Sunshine pours through the windows, setting the tone for a laid-back getaway.  
  
The home features two bedrooms and one full bath. The primary bedroom has a cozy queen bed, while the second room is flexible—set it up as a home office or use the high-quality sleeper sofa for extra guests. It’s perfect for one or two people but can comfortably host up to four adults.  
  
Step outside to your private rooftop deck, a dreamy spot for morning coffee or unwinding under the stars. Downstairs, you’ll also share a fire pit and picnic table with the neighbor—a sweet bonus hangout space.  
  
For convenience, you’ll have in-unit laundry and parking in front of the garage. Parking comes with a note: there’s frequent traffic to the lot behind the garage, so space is tight and really depends on the size of your car. We’ll provide clear instructions for trash bins too, they stay inside the gate and get rolled out on trash day to keep things running smoothly.  
  
Inside, enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals. With fresh linens, air conditioning, and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s a space that truly feels like home.  
  
Best of all, you couldn’t ask for a better location, walk to the beach and boardwalk, the Venice Canals, and the Marina Peninsula. And if you surf, you’re just steps from one of the best breaks in Venice.
