Close to 5 FWY, 2 FWY and 110 FWY. Space Enter the contemporary urban space through the private outdoor patio where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The living area offers a sitting area with a cozy couch. Cast your favorite shows with Roku. There is a dining/work area and a well equipped kitchenette. Separate bedroom a queen size bed, . Recessed lighting and architectural details throughout. The apartment is about 400 sq. ft. Peaceful hideaway in the middle of the buzzing city. Designated parking space available. A modern spiral staircase, and a second flight of stairs lead guests to the private patio entrance to the unit. There are two sets of stairs that lead to the studio. This space may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or young children. I enjoy and appreciate different cultures. I am very respectful of others and their privacy, but am available to help if needed since I live on the premises. Guests will have total privacy since there are no shared areas. HOUSE RULES Please use common sense and neatness. Please be quiet and respectful of neighbors at all times and especially while outside at night, including the patio and street in front of the house. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside including the backyard deck and the street in front of the house per City of Los Angeles Ordinance. No parties, gatherings or events.
