Energy Conservation: • Turn off the air conditioning whenever leaving the house. Help us conserve energy and keep costs down. 4\. Checkout Procedure: • Upon checkout, please place all used towels and bed sheets in the washer and dryer. Put dishes in dishwasher. Put trash in trash bag outside front door. This helps our cleaning process immensely. 5\. Noise and Party Policy: • Absolutely no parties or gatherings. • Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. This is a peaceful neighborhood, and we respect our neighbors. 6\. Candle Policy: • No open-flame candles are allowed inside the house.
