The condo was the perfect home base for us for parent's weekend at my daughter's university. Brian was very responsive from our first communication on. Not only did he answer all my questions before the trip but Brian gave us the most amazing recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do and helped make our daughter's birthday a special celebration. The condo was luxuriously appointed-the kitchen was brand new as was the bathroom (which also had a beautiful custom tile floor) and the outdoor patio space was great to relax in and keep our bikes safe. It was also fantastic having a parking space for our rental car. We cannot wait to stay here again and consider this our home away from home in LA! The host was flexible and communicated with us well including giving us suggestions on places to go. The kitchen was the perfect size to make meals, we enjoyed having the laundry facilities, the beach chairs, and towels, and the great amenities outside, including the grill and fire pit.
