NO PARTIES or events allowed. 2\. Our home is strictly NON-SMOKING. A $1,000 fee will be charged if cigarette buds are found anywhere within the property or if there is a "smoke" smell inside the home. 3\. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum (between 10 pm and 8 am). 4\. To prevent plumbing issues, do NOT flush any baby wipes or feminine products in the toilet. Dispose of them in the trash bin provided. 5\. Follow the checkout procedure to avoid additional cleaning fees. 6\. When leaving the house, please close all windows and lock the main Entry door. The door will automatically lock once the "X" button is pressed on the keypad. 7\. If the parking gate clicker was used, please leave it at the property before leaving or a $50 fee will be charged. \-By booking our home, you agree to abide by these house rules and hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay. Remember to please clean out the dryer lint trap after each use. Complimentary laundry essentials are provided for your first uses. \-Our community is Family-Oriented and safe.
