Nov 15, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Aggressive Squirrels, No Oven, Poor Cell Service I so wish I could give this property 5 stars. The location and space were great. But the squirrels were out of control. They ran across the roof all day and worse yet, scratched on the space over the bed constantly. I am guessing that is why the skylight/window over the bed has been boarded up. I would get on the bed and bang on the ceiling, and they would still keep scratching. I could not enjoy the beautiful outdoor space, as the squirrels were aggressive. I was also disappointed, as the listing says there is an oven (listed separately from microwave), and it does not. I planned on cooking for my son who I was visiting. The cell reception in the house is poor as well. I did not have trouble with wifi, but sometimes I could not make or receive a phone call at all, unless I stood in a particular spot and didn't move. I had to cancel a business call.
