Charming Spanish-style home in Beverly Grove with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, perfect for families. Enjoy a spacious layout with vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The private backyard features a heated pool and patio for outdoor fun. Family-friendly amenities include laundry, ample parking, and a safe, walkable neighborhood close to parks, cafes, and LA attractions—ideal for creating lasting memories.  
  
The Space:  
  
This spacious Spanish-style home is designed for families and groups. On the main level, you’ll find the inviting living room with vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. One bedroom with an en-suite bath plus a shared bathroom are also on this floor. Upstairs, the master suite has its own en-suite, while three additional bedrooms share a bathroom—ideal for kids or extended family.

The guest has access to the entire property except the garage is not for use.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Located in Beverly Grove, this home sits in one of LA’s most desirable neighborhoods. Guests can stroll to The Grove, Farmers Market, Beverly Center, and trendy Melrose Avenue shops and cafés. The area is walkable, family-friendly, and offers a mix of charm and city convenience. Central to LA, it’s an ideal base for exploring museums, dining, and attractions while enjoying a safe, welcoming community.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
House Rules  
  
\- No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 10 people are allowed at the property.  
  
\- Maximum occupancy of 10 guests must be respected at all times.  
  
\- Any parties or unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction.  
  
\- All noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level after 9–10 PM. The neighborhood is very quiet, and neighbors are extremely sensitive to noise. Loud music, late-night entertaining, or gatherings by the pool are not permitted.  
  
\- Pool use is not allowed after 10 PM. Sliding doors leading to the pool must remain closed after this time.  
  
\-Pets & Service Animals: Pets are not permitted. Service animals are allowed in accordance with Airbnb policy. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times, may not be left unattended, are not permitted on the upstairs level, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning.  
  
\- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. A $250 fine will be charged for smoking inside the property.  
  
Damage charges:  
  
\- $35 per stained or ruined towel  
  
\- $100 per stained or ruined sheet  
  
\- $200 per stained or ruined duvet cover  
  
\- $200 if the house is left excessively messy and requires extra cleaning  
  
Additional Policies  
  
Guests must be transparent and honest during the booking process. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood with zero tolerance for noise disturbances. Noise monitoring devices and exterior cameras are in place. Any violation of the above rules or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.  
  
Pool heating is available upon request for $90/day.  
  
Regular maintenance: the pool technician visits every Wednesday and the gardener every Thursday.  
  
Please report any damages at check-in. Accidents happen—we usually don’t charge for minor issues. For larger damages, we’ll agree on a fair cost with you before your departure to avoid disputes.

We rented the house for a family reunion and it was a very good venue with 5 bedrooms for 9 people. The rooms on the first floor worked well for various gatherings and games during a rainy New Years Eve. We paid to have the pool heated and that was worthwhile with all but 2 of us using it. Out entry (and exit) was all done by email or text so we did not meet the agents managing the house. The one amenity that seemed to be lacking was adequate glassware. The were not quite enough glasses and no plastic ones for bathrooms or children. I would definitely recommend this place for a family gathering of upto 10 people.

Our host was very responsive to our questions and accommodating with our requests. For example, we arrived early while the cleaners were still there, and the host let us store our luggage and explore the neighborhood until check-in time. The home itself is beautiful, especially the kitchen and living areas. And the location is great, walkable to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely rent this home again.

Lovely house for a family or group. Pool was large and really private. Spacious and clean rooms with lots of wardrobe storage. Location was ideal and had plenty of great food/coffee options within walking distance, which can be rare in LA. Great value overall.Only issue we found was that the downstairs floor wasn't as clean as it could be, our young daughter's socks were really dirty every day and when we wiped it with kitchen paper it came up black. Rest of the house spotless! Very minor but maybe something to look at for the future.
